I love Bill O’Hanlon’s definition of spirituality in his book “Pathways to Spirituality”. He defines it as the three C’s:
Connection to something greater than yourself,
Compassion or “feeling with” ourselves, others and the world
Contribution, or service to others and the world.
I feel that all of these are important to having a fulfilling and blessed life.
With that in mind, I use a variety of processes to assist you to know a force greater than yourself, identify the voices within that are in charge of your life and find purpose and meaning in your life. This work is not for the fainthearted, but it brings such value, depth and peace to life.
